Different ways to cure depression.

In schools many kids face the problem that we call teenage depression.Teenage depression is really dangerous because it can lead to suicide. To stop this instead of teaching the kids that this is something bad we must empathize with them to understand their condition better.

Positive Thinking

Always think positively, you will stay connected to the creative power, and you will stay focused. When you think negatively you bring anger, confusion, anxiety, depression and frustration. If you think that you can win a game, you will have more courage and energy, so you will have more chances of winning. Always think of a half full glass, not half empty.
Remember that you are smarter then you think, that what you do today may not seem significant, but always remember that day by day it will make you life.

Teenage Depression

Unlike popular belief, depression is a chemical disorder in our bodies, not a mental sickness. Teenagers may feel insecure to talk, and further treat depression due to their little knowledge in the subject. Some may see it as a difficult subject to talk about, when it should not be. Truth is, that it should be treated as any other medical emergency, such as braking an arm or any other health threatening situation. Some may choose to go through the depression, other may choose to take their own lives. 600,000 teens will try to commit suicide each year. If you can help people which are depressed, you may save a life.
